Registration Fee

The accompanying person's fee includes the welcome reception on Tuesday, the full day tour to Antwerpen on Wednesday, the full day tour to Bruges and the Gala dinner on Thursday and the technical visit at ILVO on Friday morning.

The following fee (including 21 % VAT) is valid for all registrations:

• Delegate: 700 Euro
• Accompanying person: 250 Euro

Payment of the total amount should be made upon registration on-line. Please note your registration will not be confirmed until your full payment has been received. Hotel accommodation is to be paid at the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation of participation:

• All cancellations must be made in writing to cibe2018@semico.be or by fax: +32 9 233 85 97.
• For cancellations received by 6 April 2018, 50% of the fees will be reimbursed.
• No reimbursements will be made for cancellations received after 6 April 2018.
• Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.

Hotel cancellation:

• All cancellations must be made in writing to cibe2018@semico.be or by fax: +32 9 233 85 97.
• Free cancellation if notification by email received by 15 April 2018.
• If cancellation occurs after 15 April 2018, the hotel will charge the whole stay on the given credit card.
• Please note that the whole stay will be charged in case of no-shows.
